At MediLisk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal onto your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
